At the beginning of 2019, 156 townhouses are currently available on the real estate market of Mississauga. These listing include the 191 new listings that were made. There was a decrease of 64% on the active listing and 59% on the new listing when the figures were compared with those from a year ago. 224 townhouse have been sold on the real estate of Mississaugu in March 2019. Townhouses that were sold on the real estate market of Mississauga spent an average of 15 days on the market. The number of days townhouses spent on the real estate market of Mississauga was a reduction of 21% when compared with figures from a year ago. The townhouses that were sold on the real estate market had a selling price that was 99.46% of the asking price, a 2% increase over what was achieved in March 2018.
